LRE Water Acquires Texas Firm Allan R. Standen LLC
DENVER, COLORADO - LRE Water is excited to announce the acquisition of Allan R. Standen LLC (ARS), effective November 11, 2022. ARS is an Austin, Texas based firm that provides consulting services related to the development and management of groundwater and mineral resources. The combined firm has over 75 employees, offices/staff in ten states, and some of the deepest domain expertise in water resources of any private firm in the Western U.S.
“The acquisition of ARS is a key milestone in LRE Water’s growth plan, which includes the targeted acquisition of specialized water resource consulting firms to expand our service offerings, talent pool, and geographic reach. We have worked with ARS staff for years and have the utmost respect for their staff and approach to delivering cutting-edge solutions to groundwater management,” states Cortney Brand, President & CEO of LRE Water.
Both LRE Water and ARS staff members have significant groundwater management and 3D interactive modeling capabilities. ARS’s extensive well and subsurface resource databases and models will now be available to LRE Water clients, and LRE Water’s comprehensive suite of water resource engineering and technology capabilities will be readily accessible to ARS clients.
Former ARS employees will combine with LRE Water’s staff in its Austin-area office, and ARS will transition to the LRE Water name by the end 2022. Allan Standen, former Owner of ARS, will continue to serve clients as an LRE Water Senior Advisor. Vince Clause will serve as a Project Manager and LRE Water’s Texas groundwater leader.
