<p>Since 2004, LRE Water staff has assisted the City of Greeley with NEPA and 404 permitting processes for the proposed Seaman Reservoir expansion project. Activities include developing and reviewing technical reports, developing NEPA and permitting strategies, and identifying and evaluating alternatives.&nbsp; LRE Water also developed a water quality sampling plan for Greeley along the Cache La Poudre river to help promote data-driven decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition, we have developed innovative dashboards and visualizations to characterize water quality over time and space throughout the basin, and to model the potential impact of different alternatives.</p>
