We are hiring! We are looking for a creative, passionate, and organized Project Hydrogeologist to join our Arizona groundwater team. Our team's breadth of work is expanding, and we are looking for support on our groundwater supply projects and to collect and manage hydrogeologic field data, oversee well drilling and construction, prepare hydrogeologic/engineering reports, and conduct groundwater modeling. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Travel Requirements
LRE Water offers a hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility for our employees and encourages work/life balance. Principal Scientist; Southwest Groundwater Modeling Lead - Water Business 
LRE Water is seeking a Principal Scientist to provide services for our Southwest Groundwater Modeling team. This position generally has 15+ years of experience.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Manages all groundwater modeling activities within the Southwest Region including design, development, production and testing. Implements and maintains overall hydrogeologic study objectives and initiatives. Confronts and solves technical and operational issues to improve team efficiency.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Subject matter expert on groundwater modeling and hydrogeologic principles.&nbsp; Demonstrates advanced understanding in these fields. Applies systems thinking drawing on a broad set of topics related to hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, and water policy.</li>

Principal Scientist - Groundwater Modeling

We are hiring! We are looking for a creative, passionate, and organized&nbsp;Staff Hydrogeologist I-III&nbsp;to join our Arizona groundwater team. Our team's breadth of work is expanding, and we are looking for support on our groundwater supply projects to collect and manage hydrogeologic field data, oversee well drilling and construction, prepare hydrogeologic reports, and conduct groundwater modeling.
