Position Summary
LRE Water (Spheros Environmental Company) is seeking a passionate highly-technical Hydrogeologist Sr. Project Manager to join our Texas&nbsp;team. This position generally has at least 12 years of experience and developed/developing relationships with existing&nbsp;public, private, or industrial clients, and regulatory agencies. This position will support our South-Central Region with periodic travel to field locations across the West and Midwest, and/or to support LRE Water projects in other regions.
This role requires a balance of strong technical leadership, client-facing business development, and mentoring of junior staff.
Essential Functions
Manage Projects

<li style="font-family: 'andale mono' , 'times' , 'deja-sans'; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with scientific software, Microsoft Suite, Google Earth, Company Software (ERP, CRM, HRM etc.), GIS and programming where applicable.</li>

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 Depending upon Experience, with sales incentives
