<li aria-level="1">Manage projects, budgets, and client relationships, and provide quality control review, for projects such as the following:
<ul>
<li aria-level="2">Technical support for Water Court applications (SWSPs, Augmentation Plans, etc.)</li>
<li aria-level="2">Water supply planning studies</li>
<li aria-level="2">Hydrologic and water rights yield investigations</li>
<li aria-level="2">Stream depletion analyses such as crop consumptive use, net depletions, and evaluation of potential injury to other water users</li>
<li aria-level="2">Water budget models for discrete systems and for river basin modeling</li>
<li aria-level="2">Assist clients in identifying, understanding, and solving problems</li>

<li aria-level="1">Coordination with attorneys, water users, administrators, objectors, and colleagues</li>
<li aria-level="1">Preparation of scopes of work and technical reports, including expert disclosure reports</li>

<h3>Total Compensation:</h3>
The starting salary range for this position is $114,000 &ndash; $162,000 annually depending upon years of experience and education. LRE Water also distributes bonuses and 401k contributions based on annual company profitability. LRE Water reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range depending on experience. Employer paid benefits increase total compensation by approximately 20%. Senior Project Manager - Water Rights

LRE Water is seeking a senior-level Environmental Scientist, Hydrologist, or Water Resources Engineer to provide expertise in cross-disciplinary watershed service projects and other complex water resource projects. The position will be responsible for working with various teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
We are looking for somebody who enjoys working with others, developing and implementing complex water resource solutions, navigating environmental regulations, and building dynamic partnerships. The PM leads the project team to achieve specific and measurable project goals, including project quality and financial success. The PM is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the project. The PM needs to plan ahead, point the project in the right direction, track progress, and make adjustments when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical
<ul>
<li>Understands applicable codes, company standards, safety requirements, and client-specific requirements. Reviews work for compliance and communicates the standards to the team.</li>

Responsibilities

Flexible/Hybrid Work Options:
LRE Water offers a hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility for our employees and encourages work/life balance. This role will be based out of the Denver, Colorado office with the flexibility to work remotely. A qualified applicant who prefers to work entirely remote is acceptable, but they must live in Colorado in an area that is commutable to either our Denver or Glenwood Springs office at times. Field work may be required and may include travel, long field days, weekend work, and night work that will occasionally result in weeks with more than 40-hours of work.
