Savannah joined LRE in 2019 immediately after completing her M.S. Environmental Science & Management from the University of California Santa Barbara Bren School. At the Bren School Savannah specialized in water resources management with an additional focus in western water markets/trading as a sustainable water markets fellow. Prior to graduate school, Savannah was awarded a Fulbright grant and spent a year conducting independent research on the implementation of national climate change adaptation legislation in water resources management in South Africa. Savannah also has a B.S. in Geology from Northern Arizona University. At LRE Savannah has worked on a number of watershed planning efforts, completed watershed-scale water quality modeling, and assisted in regional water supply planning efforts. As part of the technology group, Savannah is frequently working with clients on a range of data visualization and analysis projects, including advanced statistical analyses. While not at work, she can be found exploring with her Golden Retriever Mika, enjoying an outdoor patio or reading a good book.
