Kelly has spent her career working on a wide variety of projects related to modeling, monitoring and analysis of water resources. Through these diverse experiences she has found her strengths lie in the development and use of computer technologies to meet challenges unique to Colorado water management. Leveraging her domain expertise, Kelly leads the Water Information Technology section at LRE Water, providing relevant and affordable data management and data integration solutions to her clients.
Kelly earned a BENVD (Bachelor of Environmental Design) from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1992 and with additional math coursework and a lot of self-study became a registered Professional Civil Engineer in the state of Colorado in 2011. When not geeking out over water data, Kelly loves to sing (performing solo and with a couple bands), plays guitar, enjoys virtual reality and computer games, goes to movies, and hangs out with her husband and 2 grown kids as much as possible.
