Jessica is a Professional Senior Project Engineer with five and a half years of experience in environmental consulting. As a member of the Environmental Management Group, Jessica assists on projects that encompass a broad range of regulatory topics related to environmental compliance and permitting such as: National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Superfund (CERCLA), and Colorado Regulations regarding water quality standards, discharge permits, pretreatment, 401 certifications, nutrients, and 303(d) Listings. Jessica focuses on tasks including water sampling plan development, collection, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC), analysis, and report writing; statewide rulemaking hearing tracking and participation; in-stream temperature data analysis; permit limits calculations/water quality assessments; Colorado Discharge Permit Systems (CDPS) draft action permit reviews; CDPS permit renewal and modification applications; CDPS permit compliance schedule deliverables; Superfund Proposed Plans and Focus Feasibility Study (FFS) reviews; wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) nutrients and metals loading tracking, and analyses; mine water metals loading tracking, and analyses; water resource planning with regards to water quality and federal/state environmental regulations; and Environmental Assessment (EA), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and 401 Certification development and review. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, crossfitting, and cuddling with her three dogs.
