Mary is the Group Manager of the Water Resources Group at LRE.  In her role as Group Manager, Mary is responsible for facilitating collaboration across our Water Resources service offerings and ensuring that the needs and expectations of our clients are being met through our project work and project delivery.

As a Senior Project Manager, Mary’s work is focused on assisting clients in planning and development of their long-range water supply needs.  Her expertise includes management of water resource development projects, litigation support and expert witness testimony in Water Court for water right matters, water right valuation studies and water market analyses, long-range water supply and demand planning, and analysis and recommendation of new raw water supplies.

Mary is a registered Professional Engineering in Colorado and Texas and holds professional  certifications as a Project Management Professional and Certified Expert Witness.  She holds as BS in Civil Engineering with a minor in Geomorphology from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and a MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from University of Texas in Austin.  Mary has been an active member and is a Past Chair of Rocky Mountain Section American Water Works Association.
