LRE conducts client surveys every couple of years to gain insight into where we excel and where we need to improve in terms of client satisfaction and service delivery. We reflect upon the feedback received and use it to improve performance and reinforce accountability. We will continue to do what we do well (understanding your needs, knowledge of local issues, and expert guidance) and endeavor to improve in other areas (communicating our other water-related services, meeting deadlines, and retaining talent).
